Users of the transitions page reported latency and incorrect filter behavior when trying to look at certain types of Transitions of Care. We've fixed several issues with filters, and made significant improvements to the speed of the returned results.

What's Changed

• Removed duplicative filters representing unplanned, planned, and behavioral health admissions
• Ensured logic on unplanned, planned, and behavioral health filters are including the correct TOCs. Previous filtering changes caused no results to show for some of these filters.
• Made underlying updates to the filtering to improve load times to < 30 seconds for most customers.
