We’ve expanded the level of detail available in the Patient Overview to give users clearer visibility into external record retrieval activity. This update provides more granular retrieval statuses, improved behavior for collapsible groups, and a refined layout making it easier to understand what has happened, what is in progress, and where deeper investigation may be needed.

Key Enhancements

Expanded Retrieval Detail Within the Overview

• The EHR section now includes an expandable row showing per-network detail.
  • When expanded, users can view individual statuses and timestamps for:
    • CommonWell
    • CareQuality
    • TEFCA
• A separate section for Pharmacy data from SureScripts
• A consolidated top-level status still appears, reflecting the most recent activity across all sources.

Clearer, More Expressive Status Logic

• The interface now differentiates between:
  • In Progress - jobs that are currently running
  • Queued - jobs in the queue that have not yet started
• Sub-statuses always display, even when identical, to maintain full transparency.

Improved Interaction and Group Behavior

• Status groups are now collapsible for easier scanning:
  • Successful groups are collapsed by default.
  • Error groups are expanded by default.
