We’ve expanded our Chart Build offering with a new, lighter-weight option to help you get up to speed on patient history.
What’s New
Along with our existing Chart Build Pro packages, we now have two new Chart Build Lite packages:
- Chart Build Lite (with Surescripts)
- Chart Build Lite (without Surescripts)
What is Chart Build Lite?
Chart Build Lite provides a streamlined historical view of patient data, designed for situations where you need a focused clinical lookback rather than a deeper historical pull.
Surescripts option
If you select the Chart Build Lite with Surescripts package, one year of medication history will be retrieved via a bulk query process. Please note that Surescripts data may take 24-36 hours to process.
