Improved patient list search

Starting today, users of the Zus web app should find the experience of searching for patients from the patient list faster and more reliable.

As before, users can search for patients using the following formats:

• Patient name - Users can search by first name, last name, or full name (written as either "first name last name" or "last name, first name")
• Patient identifier - Users can search by internal MRN (if written to Zus) or Zus UPID

However, the search bar should now return results more quickly and sort results more intuitively, making it easier for care teams to find the right patient from among their patient population.
