Improved Timing for Intelligent Refresh Appointments

We have refined the timing of our Intelligent Refresh feature for appointments to ensure that care team members have the most up-to-date patient data well in advance of a visit.

For appointments that are written to Zus more than 5 days before their start date, we will now guarantee that refreshed data is delivered at least 72 hours prior to the appointment to give ample time for chart review. For appointments added to Zus less than 5 days before they begin, we will initiate a data refresh within 1 hour of receiving the appointment.

Please note for short notice appointments that EHR data is typically available within 4 hours, while medication history data from Surescripts may take up to 48 hours to complete.
