Jan 12, 2026: Improved naming for reciprocity documents

We’ve made an update to make it easier for external organizations to identify documents from a specific Zus client when reviewing available records on Zus’ reciprocity document list.

CDAs generated in response to reciprocity requests will no longer be titled “Zus Health CDA.” Instead, the document title will reflect the originating organization’s name, E.g. “Zus Health CDA” will now appear as “Your Organization CDA.” This change applies to all document types, including PDFs.
