Jul 27, 2026: Expanded HIV record detection and tagging

We've expanded our detection of HIV-related clinical data across the platform to give builders more complete and reliable specially regulated data (SRD) coverage.
What changed
- Detection now includes additional code values across ICD-10-CM, CCSR, CPT, LOINC, SNOMED, and RxNorm.
- Detection now also matches on display text associated with codings, and on medication ingredients (in addition to top-level medication codes).
- We backfilled previously-shared resources that qualify as HIV-related under the new rules, so historical data is now tagged according to these rules.
This closes gaps where HIV-related clinical data had less robust or standardized code-backing. No action is required on your end.
