The Generated Patient Summary (GPS) default summary now includes more comprehensive clinical information — adding vital signs, current medications, active clinical concerns, and affordability and accessibility considerations alongside existing sections. If you're using the default GPS configuration, these updates appear automatically with no action needed.
The default summary now includes the following sections:
- Patient demographics
- Vital signs
- Current medications
- Active clinical concerns
- Recent hospitalizations and visits
- Latest labs
- Latest history and physical
- Social history and determinants of health
- Latest pathology
- Affordability and accessibility challenges
