May 11, 2026: Improved Performance Across the ZAP

We’ve made several performance improvements across the ZAP to help make everyday workflows faster and more responsive.

These updates were shaped by user feedback and focused on areas where larger patient records could take longer to load or navigate. Improvements were made across key parts of the ZAP, including encounters, document views, diagnostics, and loading the overview.

The biggest impact will be noticeable when working with patients who have a large amount of data, such as many documents, encounters, labs, or other clinical history. In those cases, pages should feel smoother, load more efficiently, and make it easier to move through the patient record.

We appreciate the feedback that helped guide this work and will continue investing in improvements that make the Zus App faster, more reliable, and easier to use.
