Zus's intelligent refresh logic now checks for discharge summaries at 8, 24, 48, 72 hours, and 7 days after receiving a discharge ADT alert — adding new 48- and 72-hour checks to the previous schedule. This helps surface records sooner at facilities that take multiple days to publish to the networks, reducing the need for manual records requests.
