Oct 29, 2025: Diagnostic Reports Now Display Data Source

We’ve made several small improvements to how diagnostic report information is displayed in the details drawer to provide clearer context and more accurate labeling.
What’s Changed
- The label previously titled “Organization” has been renamed to “Performer” for clarity.
- This field displays data to illustrate the organization or provider who performed the test
- New “Data Source” Field: A new “Data Source” label has been added to the top of the Diagnostic Report details drawer.
- This field displays the organization where the data was obtained from.
We're making this change to help clarify when data is available from various sources, especially in cases when a source document is not linked.
