Sept 18, 2025: Improved Visibility into Data Freshness
We’ve made an update to help you better understand the freshness of patient data returned by Zus.
Previously, it could be confusing to tell when one or more network responders were delayed, errored, or complete. With this release, you’ll now see more detailed, per-responder status updates directly in the app. For example, you’ll be able to quickly identify whether:
- A request is still in progress,
- Certain networks have responded while others are still syncing, or
- A particular responder has returned an error.
This incremental improvement was made in direct response to your feedback about clarity in data availability. Our goal is to reduce uncertainty when working with EHR and pharmacy data, and to make it easier for you to trust what you’re seeing.

What’s next
This is the first step in a series of enhancements around data transparency and reliability. We’re continuing to refine how we surface data freshness, and will expand these capabilities in future releases.
