Users submitting support requests from the ZAP will now be directed to an updated support interface.
Getting Support
As part of improvements to the Zus support process, an updated support form will load when users access the support form in the ZAP. This is accessible from a link on the ZAP overview and in the user admin menu.

What's New
Users will see a new visual interface with several additional improvements. The form will automatically populate data that will help Zus triage issues more quickly.
- User email - the logged in user’s email.
- Patient UPID - the Zus Universal Patient Identifier of the patient.
- Support request context - where the support request was made. This might be the Zus web application, an EMR integration, or the ZAP embedded in a client application.
- Practice name - the name of the user’s practice.
