September 21, 2026: Fixed bug that dropped certain lab results from CDAs generated for reciprocity

We fixed a bug in our CDA generator that dropped certain lab results from summary Continuity of Care Documents (CCDs) shared with the networks for reciprocity.

Documents we generate in response to inbound reciprocity queries now carry those results. The fix applies to every document generated going forward.
