Last month, we made several updates to data visible in the ZAP about patient hospitalizations. We've continued to improve this experience by adding additional data available in both the ZAP overview and Transitions page.
Users of the transitions page reported latency and incorrect filter behavior when trying to look at certain types of Transitions of Care. We've fixed several issues with filters, and made significant improvements to the speed of the returned results.
We’ve expanded the level of detail available in the Patient Overview to give users clearer visibility into external record retrieval activity. This update provides more granular retrieval statuses, improved behavior for collapsible groups, and a refined layout making it easier to understand what has happened, what is in progress, and where deeper investigation may be needed.
