Hospitalizations [BETA]

The Hospitalizations page is available in the Zus web application, and displays data generated by our Transitions of Care Lens.

Columns

The following columns are available in the Hospitalizations page:

• Patient: Patient name, gender, date of birth, age
• Date: Date or date range of hospitalization event
• Status:
  • Active or Discharged
  • Inpatient or Emergency
• Location: Facility information
• Diagnoses: Discharge or admission diagnoses.

Details

Clicking on a patient in the Hospitalization list will open a details panel, showing a consolidated view of the available information about the hospitalization. Here, you can also click a link to go to the patient's profile.
