Supported Platforms & Web Browsers

Zus supports accessing Zus Applications using the latest five versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge on Desktop (Windows, macOS) and Mobile (iOS, Android).

We don't prevent the use of other platforms and web browsers, but we cannot guarantee the application will behave as expected.

If you experience any issues while using a supported platform and web browser please Contact Support. Additionally you may want to try:

• Disabling browser extensions such as ad blockers or tracker blockers, which may interfere with technologies such as cookies that Zus Applications and EHR systems rely on
• Closing unused tabs or applications
